Are you looking for the ultimate flat pedal cycling shoe that transitions perfectly from the technical outdoor trails to your indoor Zwift setup? The Five Ten Free Rider Pro is a rugged, high-performance option that offers incredible grip and protection for every type of rider. 🚲In this video, I am sharing my personal experience with the Five Ten Free Rider Pro cycling shoes. These shoes are built to be incredibly rugged and offer a significant amount of protection in the toe box. This is a huge benefit when you are riding outside on technical trails where rocks and debris are a constant factor. 🚵‍♂️One of the best features of this shoe is the very flat sole equipped with sticky rubber. This design works exceptionally well with standard flat pedals, providing a secure and stable connection to the bike. While they are great for the trail, I actually use them on my Zwift bike most of the time. They are versatile enough to handle intense indoor sessions while still being my go-to for outdoor adventures. 🏠Comfort is also a major plus thanks to the Ortholite sock liner. However, there is a specific sizing tip you should know before you buy. These shoes tend to run a little bit more narrow than most other brands. I found that buying them a half size larger provided the perfect fit, so keep that in mind when ordering your pair. 👟At a price point of around 170 dollars, these are a premium but worthwhile investment for your cycling kit. You can typically find them at REI and other major outdoor retailers. Overall, I cannot recommend these shoes enough for their durability, style, and performance. 🌟If you found this review helpful, please hit the like button and subscribe to the channel for more gear reviews and cycling tips.
