Some teachers leave you with techniques. Master sio left you with yourself. I had to come back to this episode upon hearing of his passing. I recorded this conversation in 2020, right before the world shut down, and long before I truly understood what I was being shown. Master sio was a self-taught healer who studied amongst the kahunas of hawaii, lived in a cave, and communicated through telepathy and the occasional burst of laughter.
He believed that love was the only medicine that mattered. Everything else? Fluff.
Listening back, I can see the seeds that were already being planted, the colors already present, that would later shape everything I now know about healing and color frequency.
