Naturally we’ll take any opportunity to get existential, so sit back and enjoy this week’s You Soup cocktail as we channel the Sandman, brush off our Pokemon battle skills, and de-romanticize the mental health crisis in the music industry. Ingredients 1.5 oz gin 1.5 oz yuzu liqueur .5 oz simple syrup Elderflower Tonic Water Mint

Directions

Muddle Yuzu liqueur, simple syrup, ami mint in a shaker

Add gin and ice and shake

Strain over ice in a rocks glass

Garnish with mint
