30. Your Worth

As a woman, we know that the mixed messages we receive are real.  It's hard to peel off society's messages about what we look like and what we experience in our life in order to be a worthy woman.

Let's talk about the concept of being worthy without being a mother.  Women are worthy as human beings without ever birthing a child or raising a child or being a mother to a child. 

Learn about understanding your self-worth and ensuring you know that your self-worth is generated from your self and not from other things in your life.
