Brady Thelen and Dakota Tschetter join the JMO Podcast for the first time. They signed up to fish the Aftco Throwdown walleye tournament together out of Akaska, SD earlier this summer. With no expectations they set out to have a fun weekend fishing, not much different than a typical recreational guys weekend. Things became a bit more exciting when 12 minutes into the first morning of competition Brady caught a 13.85lb walleye that held onto the lead the rest of the weekend and was good enough to win 1st place and take home a Ford Pickup. Lake Oahe is producing some of the biggest walleyes across the country these days. We get the full scoop about their winning formula in this interview.
