Joe Oltmann Untamed | Joe’s Conversation W/ Mark Cook & Rep Bottoms: Judges Above the Law?| 10.15.26

Dela

Today on the show, Joe takes on three stories the establishment would rather you skip. First, a Colorado high school is on probation and facing possible suspension, and the public still hasn’t been told what happened. CHSAA has put Lutheran High School on notice over alleged racist conduct at its games, but it hasn’t named the games, the dates, or who said what, and it admits it doesn’t investigate anything itself. We’ll hear directly from a Sand Creek cheerleader and her parent and ask the question nobody at CHSAA will answer: who’s actually holding the gavel here?

Then, with the midterms less than three weeks away, election and cybersecurity expert Mark Cook of the Hand Count Road Show joins Joe to talk about what we know for sure about how our votes get counted. Has the Trump administration done enough to secure November, or has it gone after the wrong problem? What does Tina Peters’ commutation mean for Colorado clerks and voters this fall? And Joe puts the skeptic’s toughest question to Cook directly, so you can hear his strongest evidence and judge it for yourself.

Finally, State Rep. Scott Bottoms sits down with Joe to dig into the Christopher Gregory case, the Colorado judicial scandal the media has barely touched. A former chief justice was disciplined, a sitting justice resigned, and the state’s own former judicial watchdog says he was fired for asking questions. We’ll look at what lawmakers knew, the bill that shields agencies’ secrets even when they hand records to the fraud hotline, and Bottoms’ resolution to bring in outside investigators that the Capitol doesn’t want to touch. If you want to know who’s protecting whom under the Gold Dome, you don’t want to miss this one.
