Jax Forrest on His Longest Time Off the Mat Since Age 7 | 440

Jax Forrest returns to the show after one of the wildest years in wrestling. He went from US Open champ to the Senior and U23 World Teams, left Bishop McCort early for Stillwater, and won an NCAA title as an undefeated true freshman.

Jax opens up about skipping U23 Worlds, leaning into his faith, the stacked 133 lb field, Penn State vs. Oklahoma State, the Cowboys' wrestle-offs and launching his own shoe.
