In part two of this series, I'm sharing time techniques which is a theory created by William James back in 1890. His theory was that the unconscious mind stores memories in a linear timeline. In 1998, 2 doctors, Dr. Bob G. Bodenhamer and Dr. L. Michael Hall released a book called, "Adventures with Timelines". The book redefined the field by expanding on the original concepts of timeline therapy and introduced scripts and strategies for using timelines in therapy.
