Bill Burr’s Motorcycle Lessons, Bert Kreischer’s Disney Luau Bit, and Whitney Cummings Investigates a “Fishy” Aquarium

Johnny Mac delivers daily comedy news, highlighting Bill Burr’s day at NOLA Motorsports Park getting riding instruction from champion Freddie Spencer, Burr’s approach to learning by listening, and his gripe about motorcycle model names. Bert Kreischer discusses trying to shape stories into standup, including a Hawaii Disney luau where he expected a surprise appearance by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson but got Mickey Mouse, plus other family anecdotes, as he prepares for his Fully Loaded at Sea cruise (Nov. 19 on Norwegian Jewel). Whitney Cummings riffs on a not-yet-open, leaking Syracuse aquarium and accidentally leaves a message for the wrong “Ryan McMahon,” later noting Syracuse crowd anger in Albany. Kate Berlant’s HBO special “Parmesan” and creative process are covered, as is Jay Leno’s car-centric take on a disappearing economic middle. The Nashville Comedy Festival lineup and Time Out’s comedians to watch (Kim and Alia) are mentioned, followed by a reminder to vote early.
