Max Verstappen has now won back-to-back races at Sepang — his second victory at the circuit after his 2017 triumph — and we're asking the obvious question: why the hell isn't the Malaysian GP on the calendar permanently?
An incredible circuit, brilliant racing and an atmosphere that reminded us exactly why Sepang was such a fan favourite.
And then there's the championship… George Russell's retirement has left the title fight looking basically, almost totally, nearly over.
But there was plenty more to debate from the Bahraisian Grand Prix:
🏆 Verstappen's Sepang double 🇲🇾 Why Sepang deserves a permanent return 🔥 What makes the circuit so bloody good ⚔️ Russell's retirement and the championship implications 📉 Is the title fight effectively over? 🚨 FIA screw-ups and the questions around software changes to the cars 💻 How much control should teams have to make software changes during a race weekend? 👀 And can anyone realistically stop Verstappen?
Plus all the usual Everything Trackside debate, arguments and questionable geography.
Should Sepang be back on the F1 calendar permanently?
