Dee Dee and Gypsy Rose Blanchard were not your average mother daughter duo living in the small town of Springfield, Missouri. Gypsy had copious amounts of medical problems and was always accompanied to her multiple doctor visits by her doting mother. Beloved by all who met them, the two charmed their way into the hearts of neighbors and celebrities alike. The fairytale turned into a nightmare when on June 14, 2015, some ominous and disturbing Facebook posts were made using the pair’s account that led to a routine welfare check by local police. Little did they know, they were going to stumble upon a gruesome crime scene which would ultimately unravel a twisted story of deceit, abuse, and so much more.
