Episode 380: On Self Care: The Myths, The Habits, and The Real Thing

Dela

In today's epsiode, we're changing things up! After months of interviewing incredible guests, we realized we never properly introduced ourselves. So this week, Caitlin and Lexie sit down for a relaxed conversation to share more about who they are, what they do at DCO, and the experiences that have shaped their work.

In honour of International Self-Care Day (July 24), they also explore what self-care really means. Inspired by a Psychology Today article, they discuss the difference between "true" and "false" self-care, challenge common myths, reflect on the five pillars of self-care, play a fun "True, False, or It Depends?" game, and share their own experiences navigating self-care in everyday life.
