Nieves v. Bartlett was argued before the Supreme Court of the United States on November 26th, 2018.

Justice Gorsuch wrote an opinion concurring in part and dissenting in part. Justice Ginsburg wrote an opinion concurring in part and dissenting in part. Justice Sotomayor wrote a dissenting opinion.
