In a world where busyness is often celebrated, one of the greatest gifts a father can give his children is something money can't buy: his presence.

Being a father isn't simply about providing financially. It isn't enough to put food on the table, pay the bills, and make sure your children have what they need materially.

Fathers are called to be actively involved in the lives of their children—to know them, listen to them, guide them, teach them, and love them.

Deuteronomy 6:6–7 reminds parents to teach God's truth to their children throughout everyday life. That means discipleship doesn't happen only at church or during a formal family Bible study.

It happens in the car, around the dinner table, while working together, during conversations, and in the ordinary moments of everyday life.
