Host Heather Schott and co-host Jasmine Weiler sit down with Pastor Will Ford — prayer warrior, author, and lead pastor of Mercy Culture East Fort Worth — to tell the story of a 250-year-old cast iron kettle. Will's enslaved ancestors in Louisiana would flip it upside down on the cabin floor and pray under it for freedom, muffling their voices so they wouldn't be caught crying out to God. Generations later, those prayers were answered — and the story only gets more miraculous from there.

As America marks its 250th anniversary and a season of Jubilee, this is a call back to the one weapon the Church keeps leaving on the table: prayer. Will's family story is now being made into a feature film, The Dream King.
