In today’s episode, we are joined by Martha Bellens-Martin, a Director within the TAM (Technical Account Management) and Customer Success Organization at VMware.  Martha was once a solution engineering manager at HP Enterprise but loves being part of the TAM organization at VMware where her TAMs develop a very deep relationship with customers.
