Implementing changes in your own leadership space? Get inspiration from this conversation with Stephane Leblanc, who is thefounder of International Centre for Conscious Leadership. He is a catalyst for the transformation of many leaders and organizations. In this episode, he will share about helping leaders become conscious leaders and making a difference in the lives of those they lead and serve.
Highlights:
Transformational leadership is leadership based on the heart. When Stephane embraced his masculine as well as his feminine energy of caring and nurturing, he really felt he became a real leader.
It's all about the levels of consciousness: as you come to a higher level of consciousness, you integrate truth with you and you open to speak the truth.
The truly enlightened, conscious leaders are willing to take risks. They are willing to look at the long-term and do what is really right.
The feminine is naturally rising. Support and accelerate it.
The feminine needs the masculine to heal and the masculine needs the feminine in the same way.
It is okay for a man to cry; it doesn't make him a weak man. It actually makes a man whole. As a woman, by holding space for a man to cry, you're actually showing your power and you're embracing a man in his full masculinity and which makes him a more genuinely powerful man.
The most conscious leader is embracing the feminine side. If women embraced their masculine side, they would create better results.
To all leaders: if we create an environment infused with love and the least amount of fear possible, we can achieve greatness.
If you are a loving leader, then you're naturally a conscious leader.
