Saving Walt is historical fiction, designed to showcase the final years of Walt Disney. This first episode begins with Walt summoning young song-writer Richard Sherman to his office, which was located above the Fire Station in Main Street USA in Disneyland.
However, across the country in Philadelphia, young businessman Sol Barish completes one of America's first hostile take-overs, and he sets his sights upon the Walt Disney Company. This audio drama is based off of the novel with the same name.
This work is historical fiction. Some names, dates and facts have been changed to fit the story; however, I did a tremendous amount of factual research before writing the book and the audio drama. However, it is important to note that this work has not been approved or authorized by the Walt Disney Company.
