Pascal Gallant is a true legend behind the lens.

Starting out snowboarding, skateboarding and biking in the mid '80s, Pascal was filming some of the best snowboarders in the world by the mid 90s. His career has crossed paths with some of snowboarding's most influential film crews, including Mack Dawg Productions, Absinthe Films and many more.

Alongside his brother, the late, great Martin Gallant, Pascal also started The Gathering Collective, creating a platform for the underdogs of snowboarding and giving riders an opportunity to be seen.

Decades later, Pascal is still behind the camera, still filming the best in the world and still contributing to snowboarding in a way that's impossible to measure.

We sat down to talk about his early days, a lifetime behind the lens, The Gathering, Mackdawg, his brother Martin and the stories from a career spent documenting snowboarding history.

Enjoy!
