Whenever there is grief or deep sorrow there is usually a loss of some kind. It could be a loss of a loved one or the loss of something that we deeply cherished or cared for. But I realized that Loss can often lead to profound feelings of sadness, emptiness, despair, loneliness, and helplessness. I wanted to identify them and possibly give you some ways to help to overcome them is you happen to be struggling with loss of any kind and turn you perspective around so you can Live Life to the Fullest!
