When the End Is Actually the Beginning (Session 18 with Sari)

Dela

This is the last recorded session of Sari's coaching container, and it opens with both of us surprised by that. There's a real tension in feeling like a chapter is closing and also like things are just now clicking into place.

The bulk of this session is a deep content conversation: what Sari is centering, who she's actually speaking to, what the data is telling us, and a question I ask her toward the end of the session that ends up reshaping how we think about her messaging altogether. There's also a beautiful moment at the close that you don't want to miss if you're in the thick of building, too.

In this episode, you'll hear:

• The moment where Sari and I realize this is our last recorded session, and what it brings up for both of us

• Why this question I asked Sari about her content is one of the most important to ask yourself, and what it unlocked for Sari

• The difference between content that gets likes and content that gets follows, and what Sari's own data is already showing her

• Why making the shift from therapist to content creator asks something very specific of you that most people don't see coming

• The question I asked Sari that completely reframed the messaging conversation

• What she says at the end of this session that I genuinely believe every business owner needs to hear
