Sigrid Tasies (@sigridtasies) is an Embodiment Teacher, Trauma-Informed Somatic Facilitator, Medicine Woman and the Author of “Honey & Fire: The Feminine Art of Living, Loving and Leading with Fierce Softness.”

For over a decade she has guided thousands of leaders, entrepreneurs, founders and artists across the world through private mentorship, group programs, international retreats and transformational spaces that bring forth what she calls Embodied Remembrance. Her work is rooted in Earth and Body wisdom, bridging somatic and shamanic healing with embodiment practice, breathwork, ceremony, ancient ritual and deep inquiry to create spaces for deeper coherence and transformation.

Some refer to her as a “Tuning Fork”: someone who sees clearly and invites deeper alignment. Above all, she describes herself as a lifelong student of life, love, the body and what it truly means to live fiercely soft.
