This week we continue GO: Participating in His Redemptive Mission, our journey through the book of Acts. In Week 9: Only Grace, Ladaea will preach from Acts 15:1–35.   As the gospel spreads beyond Israel, the early church faces a question that threatens to divide it: Must Gentiles become Jewish before they can truly belong to God's people? Behind the controversy lies a question that still confronts us today: What conditions do we place on receiving God's grace? Must we first become a certain kind of person, get our lives in order, or prove ourselves worthy before God will receive us? Acts 15 brings us back to the heart of the gospel, and to the extraordinary grace of Jesus.
