Dying & Barakat is the project formed by Rodrigo Agüero and Yibran Barakat, two Argentine DJs and producers with more than 15 years of experience in the techno scene and deep roots in the sound of the 1990s and early 2000s. Their musical approach is defined by a combination of Detroit techno, dub, electro and tribal influences, shaping a deep, hypnotic sound with a distinctive identity. Throughout their career, Dying & Barakat have built an extensive discography and earned the support of internationally recognised artists and key figures within the techno scene. This recognition has taken their music to different stages across Europe and Latin America, including a three-hour Live performance at the legendary Tresor Berlin, one of the most iconic venues in the history of electronic music. Their evolution as producers and their constant exploration of sound have led them to develop a contemporary and forward-thinking vision of electronic music, with the aim of creating a language of their own and leaving a lasting mark on the scene.
