Discuss how it feels to see your own fight over nothing.

What do you do if the help is putting yourself in danger?

“Am I Wrong for Wanting to Save Everybody?”

Coach DTM, KD, and Keke… I need some real advice.

I’ve always been the type of person who wants to help people. Whether it’s lending money, giving someone a place to stay, picking up groceries for someone struggling, mentoring kids, or stopping to help strangers, I genuinely feel like it’s my purpose.

The problem is… my partner is tired of it.

They say every time I help someone else, our own household suffers. We argue because money gets tight, weekends get taken up by other people, and they feel like I always have time for strangers but not enough time for us.

I keep saying, “How can I ignore someone who needs help?” They keep saying, “You can’t save the world while letting your own relationship drown.”

Now I’m starting to wonder… am I being selfless… or selfish?

Should your purpose ever come before your partner? At what point does helping others become hurting the person you love?
