After a great conversation with my sister this weekend, I knew this episode would be about the sometimes overwhelming topic of endocrine disruptors - substances that interfere with the body's hormones.

I've been committed this year to going toxin free, and it has been shocking where hormone disrupting products are in our lives, from food, cleaning products, air fresheners, plastics, to even makeup and lotions.

I've got practical ways to reduce exposure to endocrine disruptors, starting today. The key is to become aware and start making healthier choices, it won't all happen overnight but awareness, education and informed decision-making are the first steps towards a healthier toxin free life.
