The Dallas Mavericks dropped a major news bomb on Monday morning by announcing the hiring of former Toronto Raptors executive Masai Ujiri as the team's next President and Alternate Governor. With the NBA Draft Lottery and the rest of the NBA offseason quickly approaching, it was time for the Mavs to have that position locked down before some tough decisions had to be made about the roster this offseason. After coming off a one-year hiatus, Ujiri should be energized and eager to build a title contender around Cooper Flagg.
