63. Where Work and Kingdom Meet w/Rich Pantusa - Part 1/2

Dela

What if the job you have right now is one of the very places God intends to father you?

In part one of this conversation, my dear friend Rich Pantusa returns to the Being Sons podcast to explore the intersection of our work and the kingdom of God. Drawing from his experience in military service and professional aviation, Rich shares the tension of loving God while struggling to recognize His presence and purpose in the workplace.

Together, we consider how God uses everyday responsibilities, difficult bosses, unfulfilling tasks, and humble beginnings to shape us as His sons. We explore bringing our work into our life with God, inviting His kingdom into the places we serve, and recognizing that some seasons are especially significant because of who we are becoming.

Whether you work in an office, a cockpit, a construction site, or a delivery truck, your Father is present. He wants to meet you there.

  • Recognizing your workplace as a place of fathering and initiation.

  • Making room for honest conversations about workplace struggles.

  • Receiving God's formation before rushing to serve and lead others.
