A poem from the early 14th century Book of Taliesin. It's a healing charm, like the Anglo-Saxon 'Nine Herbs Charm' and rhymed invocations used by Central Asian shamans. Like them, it invokes local deities as well as plant and animal spirits. It's recorded in the style of early medieval bards, with harp accompaniment. As a healing charm, it seems especially appropriate to these uncertain times.

Blessings to all,
