While nearly 8,000 kilometres away from her husband as he competed in Greece, Marsha found herself practicing the very work she teaches: choosing to be fully present where she was instead of being pulled apart by guilt or internal conflict.
She explores how different parts of us can want different things at the same time, creating an internal tug-of-war that drains our energy and keeps us from being fully present anywhere.
This episode is a reminder that presence isn’t a location. Becoming Unbothered is learning to create that grounded state within yourself so you have more energy, clarity, and capacity for the people and experiences that matter.
