Scot and Susan are the husband and wife team behind Pragmatic Digital - a consultancy that helps businesses use emerging technology to improve their customer experience. They are also the authors of Voice Strategy: Creating Useful and Usable Voice Experiences.
It’s Susan’s 1st SXSW, though Scot was there a few years ago - but their first foray into SXSW as Voice Experts. They will be speaking at the Tiny VOICE @SXSW events and sharing their insights on creating successful Voice experiences. The Tiny VOICE @SXSW events will be taking place at the Modev booth Monday through Wednesday from 1 - 2pm. Susan and Scot will also be signing copies of their book.
