The Email You Keep Not Sending | CEO Brief (Full Moon in Aries)

There's an email in your drafts with a number in it. This week it gets sent.

This is your CEO Brief for the week of 21 to 27 September 2026, week four of Chapter 9, The Audit. It's called The Ask, because everything you've worked out over the last fortnight only pays you once you've said it out loud to the person it affects. Monday you write it. Thursday you send it. Then you leave it alone until the Monday after, and I'll tell you exactly why.

In this episode:

• Why Saturday's Full Moon is for reading what came back, not for sending, whatever the rest of your feed says that morning
• The one-sentence ask: what changes, how much, and from when, and the words to cross out before you send it
• What a client changed to cut her live delivery by 90% without her income going backwards
• Why any ask with a price in it wants to go out this week, before Venus turns retrograde on 3 October
• Where the "yes" that isn't a yes turns up on Friday, and the one line that settles it in writing
• A 48-hour hold on everything the Full Moon makes you want to do at the weekend
• Every day's job, what it's good for, and what to leave alone, including the ordinary admin, calls and invoices

Who it's for: service business owners with a full diary and a business that costs more to run than it should, who'd like their week planned before it starts.

The week at a glance:

• Monday, write the ask
• Tuesday, build what they'll click on
• Wednesday, finish it and schedule it
• Thursday, it goes
• Friday, hold your ground
• Weekend, read what came back and decide nothing
• Monday the 28th, decide.
