In episode 4, we present a master class in small town and rural revitalization from former Governor Paul Patton (KY). 

Governor Paul Patton was born in the tiny Eastern Kentucky community of Fallsburg in a house built from a recycled silo with no indoor plumbing, electricity or a telephone.  He went on to become a mechanical engineer, a successful businessman, innovative county executive, lieutenant governor, and governor only to return to his Eastern Kentucky roots as a university president, and chancellor. 

In his nearly 30 years of public service at the local and state level, he shares his experiences and stories in bringing about positive change impacting small town and rural Kentucky through the local improvements, the Renaissance Kentucky program, economic development, education reform, and more!
