I saw a quote this week that stopped me in my tracks: "Work scared until you become scary."  Most of the time confidence comes after action is taken.  Through preparation, repetition and learning, we become capable - skilled - scary.  Fear shrinks because our capacity grows. Let's discuss how we jump in and work scared.
