"100 Years" from Five for Fighting is one of those songs that I listen to when I need a kick in the ass. What a treat is was to have John Ondrasik on the show. Plenty of other discussion including Ukraine, getting ready to tour with Edwin McCain, hockey, life expectancy, "Superman" taking on different meanings as we get older, Stevie's amazing 4 album run, and "wait...that wasn't a single?"
