At 80 years young, Patti Shales Lefkos didn't slow down—she changed direction. After a successful career in education, at the age of 60, she went back to journalism school and reinvented herself as a travel writer. And if that weren't inspiring enough, Patti went on to complete an incredible 800-kilometer trek across Nepal's Great Himalayan Trail at age 77. Her story is one of courage, curiosity, adventure, and refusing to let a number define what's possible. Patti is proof that sometimes the best chapters of our lives are the ones we never saw coming!
