Recently went to San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico for a cousin's wedding. What an awesome little town! Was really excited to catch some kombucha while i was out there and even more meet Cisco who was quite a character!
This interview took place at a local brewery called Naufragio which i was told was one of the coolest spots to hang out at in San Cristobal. They had artisenal pizza made from yeast harvested from the beer they were brewing.
Happy to have met you Cisco! Look forward to maybe visiting again!
