Everyone has their own anger ‘triggers’. These are the things that lead to them being irritated, frustrated, annoyed, upset or just plain angry. 

Dr. Mottley shares four ways that we can take control of these triggers so that we can neutralize their ability to stir up our angry emotional responses. 

  1. Take control of you
  2. Learn to read your body
  3. Identify what triggered you
  4. Choose your plan of action

When we utilize these four strategies we will then have more control of our anger and reduce the negative impact that this emotion can have on our lives.
