On the 10th of October 2020, an experienced caver slipped from a caving ladder in regional Tasmania. Whilst the caver was only 20 minutes from the entrance of the cave it would take Ambulance Tasmania, Tasmania Police, SES and a local caving club over 8 hours to perform the intricate and complex rescue.
