We are dealing with then invisible God who has made all things by His word. There is a particular kind of faith that develops when God refuses to show you the whole picture. If God showed you exactly how everything would work out, you might never have to develop endurance. If He showed you every step, you might never learn obedience. If He showed you the destination, you might stop listening for His direction.

Sometimes not seeing is God's way of keeping you close.
