Penn State football may have just landed one of its biggest recruiting wins of the Matt Campbell era, and there's a lot more to this story than Jordan Hall's three-star ranking.
On today's Locked On Nittany Lions, Zach Seyko breaks down Penn State's recruitment of 2027 running back Jordan Hall, the competition with Ohio State and Missouri, and why Hall's speed, versatility, and upside could make him a significant addition to the Nittany Lions' future backfield.
Plus, Matt Campbell is making an aggressive push for Missouri quarterback commit Braylen Warren. Can Penn State pull off another major recruiting surprise after losing Will Wood to Boston College?
We also examine Penn State's efforts to flip West Virginia wide receivers Chase Guers and Roscoe Hayes, along with growing concern that linebacker Blake Betton could flip to Wisconsin.
Is Penn State building momentum at exactly the right time?
