But while you may know her from her meteoric rise as a food influencer - gaining over 45,000 followers in six months - Jess is an experienced marketing, PR and influencer manager with over 10 years experience in the beauty industry at brands like L'Oreal and Mecca.
We talked about the secrets of influencer marketing, what it's like when the tables turn and you become an influencer yourself, how a focaccia marked the start of a journey for a whole new career after redundancy, why chilli oil is good on everything and, among many great recommendations from her beauty days, the case for trying a stick foundation.
