Episode 10! Today we have an interview with Caroline, who we met while we were volunteering at Etta Projects in the Bolivian jungle. Caroline is 65 years old, a retired art teacher, originally from South Africa, and traveling South America on her own. She’s been volunteering with Workaway during her travels and has done everything from painting murals to cooking meals to teaching English. She sticks to a very strict budget and even saves money as she travels. We have a lively discussion with her on budget travel, traveling when you’re retired, and some of her crazy stories.
