President Trump agreed to about 80% of a stricter ethics package tied to the Clarity Act, clearing a path for a Senate cloture vote Tuesday. The deal lets state attorneys general enforce the law and forces elected officials, spouses, and federal judges to divest or blind-trust any significant crypto stake.
