CME CEO Terrence Duffy says the exchange will sue the CFTC, arguing the regulator's approval of Kalshi's perpetual futures violates the Dodd-Frank Act by treating what are really swaps as futures. CoinDesk's Jennifer Sanasie hosts "CoinDesk Daily."
