Wayne Skivington is a Cirque du Soleil acrobat specializing in hand to hand and fitness coaching. He has a 7 year-old son and has recently competed on the NBC TV show the Titan Games. He has been working out since 7 years old and loves bodyweight exercises and power lifting.
Coupling is his passion for fitness and the start of COVID, he was inspired to start the website Workout With, which is an online fitness platform utilizing live Zoom calls with zero equipment, and HIIT bodyweight workouts. If you can keep up with Wayne’s pace, you can expect to burn close to 1000+ calories per session.
