They always say that we should be going after the fraud, and when we root it out, they lose it. After the Department of Labor announced that PERM filings were on hold for a major visa sponsor, H-1B simps are crying that their path to green cards has been cut off. The system is so messed up that employers will hide employment postings in all kinds of obscure places so that they can say they “tried” to hire Americans, when in reality, they just want an excuse to ship in a “director of pickleball” from India. It didn't make sense why 11 jurors wanted to acquit Lindsay Clancy ... until we got a look at them. Independent journalist Breanna Morello joins me to discuss how awful it is that women are standing up for Clancy like she’s some hero and icon, while the male juror who wouldn’t allow her to walk free is being slandered.
