Episode Drink: The Sun Summoner Cocktail

• 2 tbsp gold sprinkles
• 2 oz vodka
• 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
• 1/2 oz honey simple syrup
• dash Brew Glitter Gold
• ice

Honey Simple Syrup

• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Honey Simple Syrup

1. Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan.
2. Simmer over low heat until the mixture is smooth and has the thinner consistency of syrup.

Cocktail

1. Using the lemon peel, swipe the entire rim of the cocktail glass.
2. Pour the sugar into a bowl and dip the rim until covered as desired. Set aside.
3. In the cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, juice, syrup, glitter and ice.
4. Strain into the prepared glass and Enjoy!!
