How a Neighbor Trade-Off Led to Taylor's Viral Giant Buck | 100% WILD Podcast Ep. 482
In this episode of the 100% WILD Podcast, Matt Drury and Tim Kjellesvik welcome Taylor Drury Land to break down her viral Northern Missouri bow hunt. Taylor recounts how a neighbor trade-off agreement allowed the Drury Outdoors team to manage food plots and habitat on a neighboring property in exchange for trophy access. She details the September 16th opener following a torrential rainstorm, overcoming blind access blunders, sweating on the walk-in, and navigating noisy window latches to execute a lethal high double-lung shot on a giant whitetail buck.
The crew also dives into archery mechanics and equipment setups, highlighting Taylor's 50-pound draw weight, broadhead selection, and the critical importance of leg positioning on whitetail vitals. Taylor reviews the all-new Muddy Women's Apparel line, Tim celebrates his son Bo's first-ever deer harvest, and the hosts play a rapid-fire "Hot Takes" game segment covering keyboard critics and hunting preferences. Finally, the episode wraps up with a celebration of Mark and Terry Drury receiving the prestigious Governor's Conservation Award at Grant's Farm.
