President Trump and Vice President JD Vance both virtually signed an agreement to end a US blockade of Iranian ports, reopen the Strait of Hormuz and start 60 days of nuclear negotiations, a senior US official said. Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf signed the document for the Iranian side, the official said.
